How does S&B’s Reward’s program work?
It is simple. Once you enroll in the S&B’s Rewards program you earn points on all food and non-alcoholic beverage purchases. As a S&B’s Rewards member, you’ll receive rewards, exclusive offers, and other great benefits.
How do I sign up for the program?
You can sign up for S&B’s rewards in our S&B’s app available in the Apple Store and Google Play or through our S&B’s website. Once you complete the signup, you’ll receive a welcome email with a special offer!
What is my special offer for signing up?
You will receive a free Smothered Fry that is valid for 14 days from the time you sign up. Simply redeem the offer in the app (show your server your check-in code) or give your phone number to your server when you dine-in and they will apply it to your check at the point of sale.
How do I download the S&B’s app?
Is there a fee to participate?
No! S&B’s Rewards is free to join.
How do I earn points?
You have to Check In in the S&B’s app & give your server you check-in code OR give your phone number to your server when you dine with us (dine in OR carryout) to earn your points. When you Check In, this tells our system that you are at the restaurant. It does not show up on any social media platforms that you are at an S&B’s restaurant.
You will earn 5 points for every $1 spent on food and non-alcoholic beverages (excluding tax and gratuities and after applying any discounts or coupons) at participating S&B’s Restaurants. And you’ll receive double points every Monday!
You’ll receive a $10 reward after you’ve earned 500 points.
Points may not be earned on amounts associated with taxes and gratuities.
Points may be earned for dine-in and take-out orders only. Points are not valid for third party delivery orders or catering orders.
Points will be rounded to the nearest whole dollar of the purchase. For example, a $10.49 purchase will round down to 50 points while a $10.50 purchase will round to 55 points.
Points will not accrue for the purchase of a gift card but will accrue when the gift card is redeemed.
On a purchase with a discount, points will be earned on the net discounted amount of the purchase.
What do I give my server to get my points?
You can Check In on the S&B’s app and give your server your three or four digit check in code. Or you can give your server your phone number (including area code) and they can look your account up at the point-of-sale system and apply your rewards to your account.
Please note that checking in prior to arriving at the restaurant does not put you on a waitlist. Please do not check in until you are in the restaurant so that the code works properly.
When can I start redeeming my points for rewards?
As soon as you register, you can start earning rewards each time you dine with us. As a bonus, we’ll give you a free Smothered Fry just for signing up!
What type of rewards will I receive?
You will earn 5 points for every $1 spent on food and non-alcoholic beverages (excluding tax and gratuities and after applying any discounts or coupons) at participating S&B’s Restaurants. You’ll receive a $10 reward after you’ve earned 500 points.
You’ll receive a free entrée (up to $14) for your birthday.
You will receive special offers throughout the year.
Do my rewards and special offers expire?
Yes, all rewards and special offers include limited time periods for you to redeem the offers. The expiration dates will be listed next to each reward or offer in the S&B’s app or on your account that you can access through sandbburgers.com. Your server can also print a receipt showing your rewards, including expiration dates.
What if there are other rewards members dining with me and I pay the check? Do I get all the points?
Yes! If you pay the check for the entire table, you get all the points!
You can also choose to split the check with another rewards member and each of you will receive points based on your individual purchases.
When will my points show up in my account?
Your points will show up in your account once you’ve completed your transaction with the server and your check is closed out.
What do I need to do if my phone number or email address has changed?
If your phone number or email has changed, be sure to update your profile in the S&B’s app or online at https://sandbburgers.myguestaccount.com/guest/.

Do all S&B’s Restaurants Participate in the Rewards Program?
No, not all S&B’s Restaurants participate in the Rewards program. However, most locations participate in the S&B’s email club so you can take advantage of special announcements and offers through the email club if your location doesn’t participate.

I received a special offer via email, do I have to print it out to redeem?
No! You can show the email and offer code to your server on your phone or if you’re a rewards member, the offer will be automatically loaded on to your account and you can redeem it from the S&B’s app or give your phone number to your server so they can redeem it at the point of sale.
Who do I contact with questions about the program or to get missed points added to my account?
If you have a question about your S&B’s Rewards account or need to add in missing points, you can ask your server or manager on duty the next time you visit S&B’s. Or you can email [email protected] and we can direct your comment to the appropriate location.
